We have 3 meeting points, depending the spot for paragliding over Chania. Here you will meet your pilot, his assistant and the ground staff. Don’t worry if you feel anxious, your pilot is more than confident and relaxed enough for both of you. And if you’re wondering about the big smile on his face – it’s because he can’t wait to fly with you.
The drive to take-off area lasts 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the spot. The view while driving up is beautiful. The most stunning road though is on the way to Chania-Varipetro take off.

There are no words to describe the feeling! And even if there were, we wouldn’t want to spoil your experience – paragliding over Chania is a once in a lifetime experience.
When you are close to the ground, you and your pilot step down softly and do few steps forward as you come into contact with the ground. In rare cases there may be a bit more speed due to weather conditions. If this is the case, you may experience a bum landing.
